Stamp for this card is Sweetbriar Rose

Item number #133806 I just stamped and colored my image, mounted it on a small piece of blue. Around the edge of the blue I used stampin write marker and just added some dots keeping it thicker near the image. I popped up the image and blue layer with dimensionals.. after it was mounted I just added a few dots of crystal effects. added a bow and it was done ! Hope you try it. Items I used:
